We’ve been coming here for a couple years and have always had positive experiences. Stephanie has been my sons dental assistant a few times and she always does such an amazing job with him.

Very disappointed my kids have been going here for 13+ years when Dr.Nguyen owned it. Never had a problem til my 9 year old had 1 bad visit. He had just had surgery to pull 3 teeth and was put under. When he went to take care of some cavities he was afraid and nervous and would not let them do the work, instead of understanding that my son thought they were going to put him to sleep again, they referred him out. When he went back to do a cleaning yesterday he was perfectly fine and calm, so we asked if they could do his cavities there. They told me no and that none of their providers would do the work. 1 bad visit and a headache of finding a new dentist for all 4 of my kids. This place has really went down hill never see the same dentist because they are constantly having new ones there. I'm sorry but I know my son a lot better then you all do.

Me kids have been going here for 13 years and and have seen many new dentist come and go from this location. My 9 year old son seen a new dentist on a previous visit and was a little restless due to have a procedure a month prior that really hurt. We took him back to get a routine clean after the restless visit and he did well. No issues what so ever. After the cleaning we tried to schedule a new appointment to have a cavity filled and they refused to see him again due to the previous visit when he was restless. For this being a kids dentist they do not have any patience for kids. This used to be a really good dentist office prior to all the turnover. I will not be bringing my kids back.
