Emma
Business Manager

Emma, born to Vietnamese parents and raised in France, developed a multicultural background from an early age. Her journey led her to the United States as a preteen, where she learned English fluently. As a result, Emma became trilingual, proficient in Vietnamese, French, and English.

Emma’s educational pursuits led her to obtain a bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in economics. Her interests in healthcare and business converged, driving her career choices. Emma has accumulated a wealth of experience in the dental industry, having assisted in various fields such as pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery. Additionally, she has gained expertise in marketing, insurance and billing, and front desk management.

With over a decade of experience in the dental industry, Emma has honed her skills in customer service and business management. In the past, she successfully ran other businesses, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit. Emma finds solace in spending time with her big family and enjoys being a homebody. She has a passion for cooking traditional foods from her cultural background and has a broad appreciation for all genres of TV shows and movies.

Iris
Office Manager

Iris is a dental professional who has lived in Colorado since she was 6 years old. Born in Mexico, she grew up in the southwest Denver area and is the proud mother of one daughter, and has a dog named Winston who she loves spending time with. In her free time, Iris enjoys hiking, reading and watching crime documentaries. She also loves going out for brunch and spending time with friends and family. Iris is a homebody at heart, but her social nature means that she has a wide circle of friends.

As someone who has worked for years in many dental specialties, Iris has found her favorite specialty to be dental pediatrics. She loves working with kids because they are honest, kind, and naturally funny. Iris has a soft spot for animals and her long-term goal is to establish an animal sanctuary in a warm part of Mexico where stray and abused animals can receive love, care, and a permanent home.

Son
Clinical Manager

Meet Son, a seasoned pediatric dental assistant with over two decades of experience in the field. As the clinical manager at Li’l Teeth, Son has dedicated his career to helping children feel at ease when they visit the dentist.

With a passion for pediatric dentistry, Son aims to make sure that children understand the importance of good dental hygiene and how it can benefit them in the long run. He takes great pride in educating his patients and making them feel comfortable during their appointments.

When he’s not busy at work, Son enjoys exploring the culinary scene in his area by trying out new restaurants. He is always on the lookout for unique dining experiences and is an avid foodie at heart.

Additionally, Son loves to travel and explore new places whenever he gets the chance.

Overall, Son is a skilled and dedicated dental professional who is committed to providing the best possible care to his patients. His passion for pediatric dentistry and his love for food and travel make him a well-rounded individual, and he strives to make a difference in both his personal and professional life.

Kayla
Financial/Insurance Coordinator

Kayla has been in the dental industry since 2020 as a dental assistant and is now taking the role of Finance and Insurance Coordinator. She was born and raised in Pueblo Colorado. She now resides in Denver Colorado with her partner.

In her free time she enjoys reading, watching movies, traveling, baking, and spending time with her loved ones. Including her dogs Kreacher and Boni. Her all time favorite books are the Harry Potter series. For all the Potter buffs she is a proud Ravenclaw. Her goal in life is to one day have a mini Library in her home.

Shania
Marketing Coordinator

Shania was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, and moved to the United States in 2015. In February 2023, Shania just adopted her first pet dog named Lola. Lola is a Westie-poo, and sure does love all the attention and cuddles.

While in high school, Shania learned that her passion in photography grew, so after high school, she went to Community College of Denver where she earned her Associates of Arts & Communication, along with a certificate in Journalism. Her family always told her that she would be very good in marketing or working in a news station because of her bubbly-people person-personality. In 2021, Shania decided to expand her studies to Multimedia & Video Production and graduated from Emily Griffith Technical College a year later.

Karen
Lead Dental Assistant

Karen was born and raised in Central America. She and her husband share three kids and one dog named Rosie. Rosie is 6 years old and likes to escape from the house whenever she has the chance to. She loves to bark at rabbits and other dogs, which makes her become Karen’s 4th child. Whenever she got free time on her hands, she would take her kids out to the movie, park, or the pool.

Karen has known Dr. Andre since 2008 and they have been working together ever since. Karen has seen Li’L Teeth grow and improve over the years. Her aunt was the one who pushed her to work in dental specialties.

Karen’s favorite genre of music is Bachata and she loves the mountains. Although she doesn’t like candies, her favorite snack is a choco bar! She likes to eat everything except chicken, since it gives her bad experience. Karen’s bubbly and fun personality lights up the office and people are so happy talking to her.

Bianca
Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

Bianca is one of our EDDAs that will be assisting in our Southlands office this Fall. Bianca has a family of four with 2 pet dogs. Her favorite vacation is when she went to Disneyland and her favorite place to be is the beach. She and her 2 daughters love riding bikes and going on walks. When she was asked what her favorite animal is, she said she loves highland cows!

Bianca’s favorite food is street tacos and her hobbies are arts and crafts for party decor. Her birthday is December 21st, just 4 days before Christmas! So, make sure to wish her a “Happy Birthmas!!”

Stephanie
Dental Assistant

Stephanie Coronado was born and raised in Colorado. Fun fact about Stephanie Coronado, before she started working as a Dental Assistant at Li’L Teeth, she was a patient at the office. Seeing her potential, Dr. Andre offered to show her dentistry. After she graduated high school, Stephanie started working at Li’L Teeth as a Dental Assistant. She loves to play piano, skiing, and travel. Her favorite movie is Spiderman: Into The Spider Verse.

Stephanie has a pet dog, named Kratos. She also dogsit so she has multiple pups at home most of the time. With her love for nature, her favorite place to be is botanical gardens and her favorite vacation is when she visited Hawaii.

Along with Bianca, Stephanie will be assisting our dentists in the Southland location this Fall. Her plan for the near future is to become an EDDA (Expanded Duties Dental Assistant).
